Dior Rouge lipstick in 999

So Christmas is upon us again and thought turn to what we are going to be wearing over the festive period. Like everyone else my make-up is more dramatic and glitter is actually acceptable. 

This year, after recently watching Thor: the Dark World and rediscovering my love of all things Natalie Portman, I have decided to rock a bold red lip at this years Christmas party. It is after all a masquerade ball. 

This therefore called for a trip to the Dior counter to purchase the bright fire engine red modelled by Portman in the latest Dior ad campaigns. 

Once in my grasps, it has been a case of trying it out so that I can finally feel comfortable with such a bright lip. 

The lipstick itself is incredibly moisturising and seems to be long lasting. 

Despite the price I would actually recommend this to anyone looking for a bright, bold look this Christmas.
